Our Commitment to Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have
put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the
information we collect online.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission
over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially
acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We take online payments for our subscription and product services. We use Paypal as our external payment
provider. Paypal requires that your provide your credit card details to process the transaction. This is
done on a secure Paypal server using SSL (secure sockets layer). As you go through the transaction process
we let you know when you are about to be transferred to Paypal's servers for the secure transaction.
After the transaction has been authorized, you are returned to the Expert Supervisor site. Expert Supervisor
does not have any access to these credit card details and they are not stored or processed in any way by
Expert Supervisor.
International Transfer
Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located
outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws
may differ than those from your jurisdiction. If you are located outside United States and choose to provide
information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to United
States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information
represents your agreement to that transfer.
Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain
information at our website form those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured

Control of Organization Code and Password
You may not disclose your Expert Supervisor organization code or username and password to any third party
nor share it with any third party. If your password has been compromised for any reason, you should
immediately change your password. You can change your password by visiting the "My Account" page that can
be accessed from the Expert Supervisor "Start" page.
How You Can Access or Correct Your Information any time, you may review and change the information you
submitted during registration by visiting the "My Profile" page that can be accessed from the Main
Menu.
To protect your privacy and security, we will ask that you login to Expert Supervisor using your username
and password to verify your identity before granting access or making changes.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of June 23, 2017 and will remain in effect except with respect to any
changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
