You acknowledge an agree that information contained in Expert Supervisor is not a substitute for legal advice, that Expert Supervisor, LLC does not render legal advice, and that all decisions of a substantive nature mady by you in the use of Expert Supervisor should be reviewed by your legal advisor to the same extent as any other such employment related decisions made by you might be subject, in the exercise of sound discretion, to legal review. Under no circumstances shall Expert Supervisor, LLC by subject to any liability or responsibility for the consequences of Your use of Expert Supervisor.

Use of Content
All title and copyrights in and to Expert Supervisor including, without limitation, any content, such as images, photographs, text, and other material contained in Expert Supervisor ("Content") are owned by Expert Supervisor, LLC or its suppliers. Expert Supervisor is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

Expert Supervisor, LLC authorizes you to view or download material from Expert Supervisor soley for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not sublicense, license, rent, sell, loan, or give or otherwise distribute all or any part of Expert Supervisor to any third party. Furthermore, you agree to take reasonable measures to prevent your login information from being divulged, distributed, or otherwise made available to any third party.

If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, your permission to use Expert Supervisor and all of its contents automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy and copies you have made of any portion of the content.

Limitation of Liability
Expert Supervisor and the Content are provided on an "as is" basis. Expert Supervisor, LLC does not warrant that Expert Supervisor will be error-free in all circumstances. We assume no liability for damages, direct or consequential, suffered by you on account of any software or hardware conflict between Expert Supervisor and other programs, devices or equipment of yours. You agree that Expert Supervisor, LLC's liability under these Terms and Conditions of Use, if any, for damages, regardless of the form or cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for use of Expert Supervisor.

In the event of any warranty claim or any other contract deficiency shall be for Expert Supervisor, LLC to repair or replace the defect or, if such repair or replacements is not provided or does not correct the defective item, to refund an equitable part of your payments for the defective item determined in reference to prior use and impact of the defect.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless, including for costs and attorneys fees, Expert Supervisor, LLC. from any against any claims relating to any actions or decisions by you or your employees, allegedly arising from use of Expert Supervisor.
