Hosting and Maintenance

Expert Supervisor is completely web-based, which means that no installation of any hardware or software is required on your part, and no additional strain on your organization's IT resources. Your managers and supervisors access it via the Internet. Any individual with access to the Internet can use Expert Supervisor.

Customization

Most organizations find they can implement Expert Supervisor without any modification. However, if necessary we can modify portions of Expert Supervisor to meet your organization's specialized needs. Some customization may or may not be required in the following instances:

• Large organizations that already have detailed and formalized procedures in place for handling employee problems;
• Unionized companies where grievance procedures are specified in a collective bargaining agreement and cannot be changed; and
• Organizations with a highly specialized type of work that requires additional problem situations not found in Expert Supervisor.

We will work with you to develop a program that is right for your organization.
