Steve Foster, SPHR - Co-founder
Steve developed and maintains the Expert Supervisor program, writes articles
for the eTips newsletter, and provides training and consulting services in the
area of employee relations. Prior to forming the company, he served as a
technology consultant for the Florida State University Center for Public
Management where he specialized in the design and development of expert
systems. Steve is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management
and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Jay Foster - Co-founder
Jay has ten years experience in design, development and management of IT
projects, specializing in Internet-based and desktop applications. He has
overseen development of numerous applications in the areas of customer service,
financial tracking, and case management for state government agencies in
Florida. Jay designed the Expert Supervisor website and provides ongoing
maintenance and technical support for Expert Supervisor. He earned a B.S.
degree in Business from Florida State University and is a Microsoft Certified
Professional.
